Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for your EXTRA-ORDINARY commitment to me and my search for a new home in South Beach. Before meeting you I had the opportunity to work with a few realtors that I found on the web and found the experience to be frustrating at best. In part because they were not very organized and/or available. It also seemed that they were more interested in selling than in finding me the RIGHT home.

I cannot recommend Ashton Coleman highly enough. At the time we chanced to meet, my faith in realtors had reached an all-time low. Granted, I was looking to sell a South Beach condominium in a buyers´ market, but that difficult task seemed nearly insurmountable when (despite my best efforts) I´d seemed unable to connect with the kind of realtor I knew I needed. Not until I was fortunate enough to encounter Ashton did I find him: a true professional, capable of seeing, analyzing, and interpreting without spin, for my benefit, a truly chaotic market. And, perhaps even more rare and critical, one who genuinely cared.
I found him to be absolutely delightful: far from humorless, but always sincere. Ashton always took the time to really listen to me, treating me not only with courtesy but also with respect. Most importantly, he demonstrated throughout the course of our relationship that his word was his bond.
At the very beginning, Ashton charted out and carefully explained to me a sales strategy that to me seemed quite ambitious, including (among other things) print ads in appropriate venues, a strong online presence, availability for showings, and ongoing communication. This is what it will take, he told me. And he proceeded to do every single thing he had said he would, keeping me fully informed all along the way. It took some time, but he kept at it. The property is now sold to a first-time homebuyer, and everybody is happy.
If you are looking for a professional realtor with the highest level of competence and a good open heart (perhaps as common in Miami as icebergs on Brickell Avenue!), Ashton Coleman might well be your man. Don´t let his young appearance fool you. For your own benefit, I would strongly suggest that you at least talk to him and see how the fit feels, and then (of course) follow your instincts.
For one in need of the highest caliber of realtor, I see this young man as an opportunity. Give him a shot. You will be glad that you did.
